Every published product has a stable page at /products/{slug}, for example the product URLs returned as url by the API. Add ?locale= for another language. Each product page also links its JSON representation at /api/public/v1/products/{slug}.
Languages, units and filters
All operations accept locale and measurement_system codes configured by the catalogue. Omit them for site defaults. Missing translations use the public page fallback; the returned locale identifies the actual translation. Numeric search filters always use kW and degrees C. Lists accept offset and limit (default 25); follow next_offset until null. Compare slugs use a comma-separated list. The OpenAPI document describes every parameter and response.
Rate limits and caching
REST and MCP share a process-local quota: by default 120 requests per client and 3,000 globally per 60 seconds. Operators may configure these limits. HTTP 429 includes Retry-After in seconds. REST supports ETag / If-None-Match and public caching for 60 seconds (shared caches: 300 seconds). MCP is no-store. REST allows any browser origin for GET; MCP permits the site and approved assistant origins. Tool name and outcome are counted in anonymous daily aggregates; arguments and IPs are never included in those aggregates.

Use public catalogue data for engineering discovery and cite the canonical product and document URLs. Respect caching and Retry-After. Availability and specifications may change. Confirm duty, source/supply temperatures, fluids and simultaneous operating conditions with Energy Machines before design or procurement. This service offers no performance guarantee.
